May vacation: print your own flagline at the Making Factory
From Tuesday 3 t/m Friday, May 6, there is again the Make Factory in Museum Joure, especially for children from about 6 to 14 years. This vacation you design and print your own flag line! Registration in advance (possible from April 27) is necessary. Note: full=full! Don't want to or can't participate in the Make Factory? Or are you already on vacation? Then work independently with assignments from the toolbox 'Oan it wurk', suitable for children of all ages.
A Making Factory Full of Printing Technology
This vacation will focus on the technique of printing. You will use that technique to make a flag line. This fits nicely with the week of May 4 and 5! First, you'll explore the museum, looking at printed materials and learning about the printing process in our museum print shop. Then you'll experiment with printing techniques in the Making Room. Finally, you'll design and print different flags to attach to a line.
Practical info:
For the Make Factory, the normal entrance fee applies (€3.50 per child) plus a material surcharge of €1.50. Entrance includes lemonade, tea or coffee.
