String Quartet Regina Forte

String Quartet Regina Forte originated in Friesland in 2014 from a shared desire to play string quartets. Ina, Anna, Inge and Andrea knew each other from all kinds of Frisian ad hoc orchestras and through their jobs in education. All four of them cherished the desire to start a beautiful string quartet. The ladies take great pleasure in studying and performing the beautiful compositions written for string quartet, without bells and whistles or grandiose effects, but of a musical beauty in its purest form. They cordially invite you to come and listen sometime.

Costs Friends of Museum Joure have free admission (2 persons per membership) to the concert, including coffee/tea and orange cake. Non-members pay €7.50 per person.
